How do I know if your services are right for my needs?
We offer a no-obligation free in-home consultation to learn more about what services you may want or need, answer any questions you have, design a care plan that fits your budget, and to determine which of our care team would serve you best.
How is your team screened before entering my home?
The director of Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village interviews each caregiver personally, and we are the direct employer of the caregivers we send to your home. All employees must pass multiple face-to-face interviews, provide at least 2 positive professional reference checks, State criminal background clearance, and infectious disease screening. We require our team complete a comprehensive orientation program and regularly review each employees performance. This process allows us control over the quality of services we provide to you.
What is the experience and background of Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village care team?
We employ certified nurse aides, experienced home care aides, and trained companion and social companions. Our team is experienced in areas of Alzheimer’s and dementia care, skin care, personal care, transfer techniques, infectious disease care and control, nutrition, identifying elder abuse, incontinence and constipation, understanding pain, and more. We work with you to customize a care plan that fits your needs.
Can I afford your services?

Do you require long-term contracts?
We do not have long-term contracts. We provide the services you need when you need them. You decide how long you need us.
What if I only need a little help at home?
Our team is available to assist you with as little or as much as you need. Maybe you want someone to come visit for a bit just to socialize. Maybe you need help running errands such as grocery shopping or going to and from doctor appointments. We’ve got you covered. Our plans are customized to your needs and wants.
