POSITION SUMMARY/CHARACTERISTICS:
We are accepting applications for the position of Office Manager at Baptist Village of Owasso. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE POSITION DUTIES:
- Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
- Post all payments and charges to resident accounts for assisted living and residential living residents.
- Preparation and delivery of monthly statements to assisted living and residential living residents.
- Maintain information in billing software for admissions, discharges, room changes as well as rate changes.
- Review accounts receivable aging reports regularly, monthly at a minimum, and communicate with residents regarding any past due amounts and/or returned payments. Meet with residents as needed.
- Initiate ACH payments in the banking system monthly. Maintain accurate financial information on residents.
- Send collection letters as needed on delinquent accounts.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE POSITION DUTIES:
- Review and code accounts payables invoices resolving any differences with the appropriate manager.
- Process accounts payable, print checks and mail to vendors. Communicate with vendors as needed.
- Maintain accounts payable and vendor files
- Assist with maintenance of vendor data for preparation of filing Form 1099s.
- Track monthly capital expenditures and submit to Home Office.
- Monitor invoices for sales tax and track invoices with no sales tax for calculation of use tax.

- Ability to maintain integrity and trust among leadership and staff
- Responsible for testing of software system following an upgrade
- Must be strategic thinker, self-motivated, and have excellent problem solving skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities

- Ability to work independently
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience with Great Plains / My Unity preferred but not required
