Baptist Home Care

Baptist Home Care provides healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own home. Baptist Home Care is a Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agency that provides caring, high-quality service through a comprehensive multidisciplinary team. We provide quality healthcare services under the direction of your physician or case manager in the comfort of your own home. Services are coordinated with the individual’s physical, psychological and spiritual needs in mind. Our goal is to work with your physician to assist you in maintaining the highest possible level of independence.

SeniorConnect

Baptist Village Communities introduced SeniorConnect in Lawton in 2009. SeniorConnect connects seniors to the services they need. They will be encouraged to "think health - live well - be active". Through Baptist Home Care, clients will receive the services they need, when they need them, in a place they call home. SeniorConnect also includes LINC, a ministry in which local Southern Baptist churches minister to area retirement communities. Through SeniorConnect, every client will be able to experience positive aging.

Diann Johnson serves as the director of clinical services in Lawton. A registered nurse, she brings more than 15 years of nursing and health care experience to Baptist Home Care.

Payment

Baptist Home Care and Baptist Care Private Services will file Medicare, Medicaid, Advantage Program, DHS and most private insurance claims for you. Private pay services are also available.
